First and Last Time Using Boat Booker For Us

I don't know exactly where Boat Booker is at fault or the Captain was at fault for our issues. Boat Booker is where I rented from so that's whom I will assign the issues to from my view. The meet up spot was communicated very specifically and we were there exactly at the time we agreed. A boat personnel did not come find us until 40 minutes later. Then we were asked to pay an additional tax which my confirmation email said all tax was included. They also didn't take credit card payment for final payment, only cash, which again is not what my confirmation email stated. We were at a stand still because we only had enough cash for the tip. All 14 of us were ready to just lose our deposit and walk away. We refused to pay anything additional for tax and they finally accepted PayPal as a form a payment.

    Highlight of our vacation

    4 Hour – Morning • 8 adults

    We had an absolutely incredible experience on the Catch & Relax—hands down the highlight of our trip! The captain and crew were amazing from start to finish. Their service was top-notch, always making sure we had drinks in hand and everything we needed to relax and enjoy the day. The food was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and beyond what we expected. They took us out to an area where dolphins were swimming right alongside the boat, which was such a magical experience, and then brought us to a peaceful little spot where we could jump in and swim. They even let us play our own music, which made it feel like our own private party on the water. The marina itself is beautiful, so I definitely recommend allowing extra time to explore, grab a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere before or after your trip. I truly can’t recommend this experience enough!

    We had an amazing experience. The crew was outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire trip. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The food was excellent, and they did a great job catering to our group being vegetarian, which we really appreciated. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully planned. One of the highlights was getting to see dolphins, which made the trip even more memorable. The crew was also extremely helpful with anything we needed and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was an incredible trip, and I would highly recommend this charter to anyone looking for a top-quality experience on the water.

    A Fantatic Day on the Catch and Relax

    4 Hour – Morning • 7 adults • 2 children

    Our family of 7 (ages 8 to 80) had an amazing day on Catch and Relax! The boat was immaculate and well appointed. We enjoyed delicious drinks, an awesome freshly cooked lunch, snorkeling, swimming and fishing. The Captain and his First Mate Melissa took excellent care of us!!! Communication before the trip was spot on!! We could not have had a better experience from booking through the entire trip!!! We highly recommend booking a trip with Catch and Relax when you are in Quepos (Manuel Antonio), Costa Rica!!! You will not be disappointed!!

    Amazing Family Boat Experience

    8 Hour – All-Day • 7 adults

    The Catch and Relax was an amazing vessel perfect for exploring the beautiful coast line of Costa Rica outside of Quepos. We had 7 in our group and there was plenty of room and lots of useable space for all activities. Our captain Evereth was the best! He took us to see whales, dolphins, and the best swimming areas! Melissa was also so amazing! She was attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed! The charter came with all the food and beverage you could need. I highly recommend this charter and crew!

    Catch and Relax was amazing

    Our family of six spent a full day out with Melissa and Everett and had an amazing day. Melissa was so kind and helpful with our little ones (5 & 7) making sure to assist them when walking to the front of the boat. Her service was fantastic. Everett was a great captain and cook! We were lucky enough to see a large pod of dolphins. The lunch he cooked was delicious, even our picky eater kids loved it. Overall we could certainly book again. Thanks catch and relax!
