Sail & Yoga is a slow and immersive experience designed to reconnect body, mind, and nature. We sail along Madeira’s coastline aboard LAZER before stopping the boat in a peaceful spot. From there, we go ashore by dinghy for an outdoor yoga session surrounded by nature and ocean sounds. After the practice, we return to the boat and sail back in a relaxed atmosphere. No sailing or yoga experience is required, just the willingness to slow down and enjoy the moment.
