Captain Michelle made what could have been a very emotional day into a truly beautiful and peaceful experience. She took our family out to release the ashes of my 90-year-old grandmother, who loved Florida, and everything was handled with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She gave us all the time we needed, never made us feel rushed, and chose a perfect, peaceful spot for the ceremony. The boat was clean and comfortable, and Captain Michelle’s calm, caring presence made a difficult day feel incredibly special. Our family will always remember this experience with gratitude.
