We had an absolutely incredible experience on the Pura Vida during our day out in Cancun. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The boat itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a full day of snorkeling and sightseeing.

What truly made the trip unforgettable, though, was the crew. The captain and first mate were outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a great time. They knew all the best spots, kept the energy fun and relaxed, and made us feel completely safe and taken care of the entire day.

The snorkeling locations were beautiful, and the sightseeing along the coast was just as impressive. It felt like a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

If you’re in Cancun and considering a private boat experience, I can’t recommend Pura Vida enough. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would book again without hesitation.

I chartered the boat for a snorkeling trip and was not disappointed. we were a party of 8 - 3 adults and 5 kids aged 9 through 15. boat had enough room that all were comfortable. we went to a few locations as well as a stop at Isla Mujeres for a swim. the captain and crew were friendly and knowledgeable. would recommend and will book them again.

We went on the 6 hour boat tour with snorkeling and stop at Isla Mujeres with Javier and Santiago. We had the best time. The crew was incredibly accommodating, skilled and fun to be around. Everything was perfect! Would definitely book again.
