Amazing New Brand 33Ft Yacht – Pura Vida 

We are a family of four and wanted a really special day out exploring, and Javier and Roberto (Berto) absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, they were incredible — kind, patient, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely so much fun to be around. They looked after us like kings and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible day. The waters were absolutely stunning — crystal-clear turquoise sea, beautiful snorkelling and swimming, and gorgeous stops around Isla Mujeres. They knew exactly where to take us and made the whole experience feel effortless. But what made the day truly special for us was how wonderful they were with our children. Our son has additional needs and can find new places, changes and sensory overload really challenging. Javier and Berto were so patient and understanding, helping him feel comfortable without putting any pressure on him. He settled far more than we ever expected and even joined in with activities — something he will often refuse to do. Seeing him enjoy himself and be part of the experience meant the absolute world to us. ❤️ They were also fantastic in the water, keeping a close eye on everyone and even pulling our daughter around to make sure she stayed safe. We always felt completely looked after. They were friendly, attentive, fun, reassuring and incredibly professional. You could genuinely tell they wanted us to have the most amazing time — and they achieved exactly that. Javier and Berto were the BEST crew we could have asked for. 🥹🌴🌊 A truly magical day, filled with memories we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. We have gone on many excusions and snorkeling tours over the years but wanted something more private because this would be the first time we have our young children with us. Javier and Alberto delivered exactly what i was hoping for. We were able to hit multiple snorkelling spots while avoiding the crowds from the larger catarmeran tours. This allowed us to spend more time in the water looking at all thr cool sea creatures. Javier is very knowledgeable of the area and knows when and where to take you to make the most of your time in the water. Once in the water, Alberto was right there with us to ensure my kids stayed safe and had a great time. I will definitely being booking with Javier again the next time we are in Cancun. The boat itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a full day of snorkeling and sightseeing. What truly made the trip unforgettable, though, was the crew. The captain and first mate were outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a great time. They knew all the best spots, kept the energy fun and relaxed, and made us feel completely safe and taken care of the entire day. The snorkeling locations were beautiful, and the sightseeing along the coast was just as impressive. It felt like a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. If you’re in Cancun and considering a private boat experience, I can’t recommend Pura Vida enough. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and we would book again without hesitation.
