Wonderful afternoon on the water

My wife and mother-in-law and I really enjoyed meeting Captain Chef Charles! He organized a wonderful afternoon on his boat, providing a tour of the area amongst the mangroves that culminated in a delightful meal that he prepared on the boat! We enjoyed seeing a manatee on the return to the dock. Truly special event for my wife's 60th birthday. Chef Charles texted regularly before the event to confirm all logistics and our menu/dietary preferences. He is an expert chef and captain, and a truly nice guy. Highly recommend for your next visit to Key Largo.

    Amazing sunset dinner cruise

    Steak Dinner Cruise • 2 adults

    Chef Charles gave us an experience of a lifetime! He made my husband and I a wonderful filet steak dinner with roasted potatoes, fried shrimp and southwest vegetables as we cruised around watching the sunset! We had cheese and cracker with fruit to start and cheesecake to finish. I would recommend Chef Charles to anyone looking to have a great time on the water.

    We had such a great boating trip with Chef Charles. If you have the opportunity to book with him, I would highly recommend it. Food is great, scenery is amazing and his company was top notch!!

    Mangroves, manatees, dolphins and more. Ohh my!

    Sunset Cruise

    Literally the best day ever! My kids could not believe their eyes. We were riding through narrow mangrove, many manatees and dolphins. This Capt really knows how to make a fantastic day for a family.
