Chef Charles The Fishing Chef
Chef Charles the fishing chef is a 1999 World cat 3464 Catamaran (restored in 2020), based out of Key Largo. It can take up to six guests. The boat is powered by two 200 HP gasoline outboard Suzuki engines, offering a maximum cruising speed of 30 knots. The vessel comes equipped with a baitwell, fishfinder, grill, ice box, outside speakers, and rod holders.
The captain, Charles Maloney specializes in boat & yacht tours, fishing, and canal boat tours.
Once onboard, you'll have everything you need for a trip to remember, including one berth, one cabin, one head, and one toilet. Optional add-ons include catching cleaning & filleting, drinks, lunch, and snacks. Onboard policies are: alcohol allowed, children allowed, pets allowed, red wine allowed onboard, smoking allowed, and swimming allowed.
You will find all the necessary safety features onboard, the boat features an anchor, chart plotter, depth finder, GPS, life jackets, radar, VHF radio, and wheel steering are included.

Dinner Cruise
Wonderful afternoon on the water
My wife and mother-in-law and I really enjoyed meeting Captain Chef Charles! He organized a wonderful afternoon on his boat, providing a tour of the area amongst the mangroves that culminated in a delightful meal that he prepared on the boat! We enjoyed seeing a manatee on the return to the dock. Truly special event for my wife's 60th birthday. Chef Charles texted regularly before the event to confirm all logistics and our menu/dietary preferences. He is an expert chef and captain, and a truly nice guy. Highly recommend for your next visit to Key Largo.

Steak Dinner Cruise
Amazing sunset dinner cruise
Chef Charles gave us an experience of a lifetime! He made my husband and I a wonderful filet steak dinner with roasted potatoes, fried shrimp and southwest vegetables as we cruised around watching the sunset! We had cheese and cracker with fruit to start and cheesecake to finish. I would recommend Chef Charles to anyone looking to have a great time on the water.
