Trevor was our Captain and he was very informative and accomodating. He took us to Alligator Reef lighthouse and had a full setup of everything we needed to snorkel, float and enjoy. Jill and Mike were amazing getting us on board right away. I would highly recommend this charter!
We had such a wonderful experience with Reef Quest Tours! This was my first time ever booking with boat bookers or renting a boat and it could not have gone better. Ms. Jill is an expert communicator who made sure that we had everything we needed and all relevant information prior to getting on the boat. Warned us about increased traffic, recommended things to bring, and even offered different boat times to best fit our schedule. I can’t say enough good things about Captain Mike. An experienced boat driver with a ton of local knowledge, he was clearly committed to making sure that we had the best time on the water. He gave us a variety of options, shared facts along the way, took countless photos—he did anything and everything for us to have a positive experience. The boat was incredibly clean and well maintained, had all the safety and snorkeling equipment, sunblock, water, everything we needed. We had such a great time snorkeling and checking out the sandbar and without hesitation will be booking with Reef Quest Tours again. Ms. Jill met us upon arrival and returning from our trip and on top of that even went the extra mile to surprise us with a slice of cake for my girlfriend’s birthday! A completely unexpected but appreciated detail that says a lot about her. Thank you Ms. Jill and Captain Mike for a great memory on a special day.
Captain Trevor was great he knew just where to take us and some cool things to show us. Even with the waters being a little rougher he still took us out to see the lighthouse. He also helped my youngest find some shells. Best trip! I am so glad I booked it!
Captain Trevor was so much fun! Very knowledgeable, personable, and great overall with our family. He even jumped in the water and played with our son! We would recommend him and this excursion to others in the future!
Reef Quest was a great choice for our family snorkel trip. We did a 3 hr reservation and saw some amazing sea life. Captain Treavor was super laid back but a professional. He had some great info on the area, and was very helpfull. If I'm ever back in the keys this will be my go to. Thanks so much Trevor and the Reef Quest crew. Not a bad tv series either.
