We had such a wonderful experience with Reef Quest Tours! This was my first time ever booking with boat bookers or renting a boat and it could not have gone better. Ms. Jill is an expert communicator who made sure that we had everything we needed and all relevant information prior to getting on the boat. Warned us about increased traffic, recommended things to bring, and even offered different boat times to best fit our schedule. I can’t say enough good things about Captain Mike. An experienced boat driver with a ton of local knowledge, he was clearly committed to making sure that we had the best time on the water. He gave us a variety of options, shared facts along the way, took countless photos—he did anything and everything for us to have a positive experience. The boat was incredibly clean and well maintained, had all the safety and snorkeling equipment, sunblock, water, everything we needed. We had such a great time snorkeling and checking out the sandbar and without hesitation will be booking with Reef Quest Tours again. Ms. Jill met us upon arrival and returning from our trip and on top of that even went the extra mile to surprise us with a slice of cake for my girlfriend’s birthday! A completely unexpected but appreciated detail that says a lot about her. Thank you Ms. Jill and Captain Mike for a great memory on a special day.

We had an amazing time on our 5-hour boat trip out of Islamorada with Captain Trevor! Originally booked for 4 hours, we had such a great time that we ended up extending for an extra hour. Trevor took us out to the lighthouse and then over to the famous sandbar, where we hung out and enjoyed the beautiful water for several hours. Trevor was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made the experience both fun and safe. He gave a clear and thoughtful safety briefing before anyone got in the water, which we really appreciated. Throughout the trip, he shared interesting facts about the mangroves and the local area—his knowledge definitely added an extra layer to the experience. He also took great pictures of our group so we could just relax and enjoy the moment. If you're looking for a captain who knows the area, puts safety first, and still knows how to have a good time, we highly recommend Trevor!
