What a treat. It was a beautiful evening. Nice ride over to Chicks for dinner and then a lovely boat ride to watch the gorgeous sunset. Booking was easy and communication was consistent. Captain Kody was great!
We had a great boat tour of Norfolk and Norfolk Naval with Captain Hunter on the Brabus 31'. This was a business event and everyone had a great time.

Hello Gladys, and to anyone reading, I wanted to respond to this review because it grossly doesn't reflect what happened and deserves some clarification. First, before the charter took place, the client attempted to dispute the payment with her credit card company. That should have been an early red flag for us, but we honored the booking in good faith and moved forward. Second, her review comments stated, “Next time provide a white boat and cruiser like in the photo.” While it’s true the boat was blue instead of white, it was the same make, model, and size as listed — just a newer, upgraded version worth over $150,000 more, and my personal boat for time being. We made that change based on her expressed interest in fishing and other preferences so she’d have a better setup and overall experience. If giving a one-star to a boat that is over half a million dollars, brand new, nothing to apologize for, and exactly what she booked; but nicer -- doesn't reflect how innacurate this review is, I'm not sure what else will. Lastly — we’ll be the first to admit we’re not perfect, but we truly care about our guests and stand behind how we handle any issue. As soon as we learned of her disappointment, we reached out multiple times attempting to make it right. She declined to engage, which was unfortunate because we genuinely wanted to resolve it. Screenshots of that communication are attached for transparency. We’re always open to making things right and ensuring every guest feels valued — including you, Gladys.
