  Two hours delay - ended up calling another company

  We were informed in advance that the boat would be delayed by one hour, which was understandable. However, after that first hour had passed, the representative from Easy Boat Tours kept telling us the boat would arrive “soon” but was unable to explain why it was delayed or give us any estimate of when it would actually arrive. When we asked about compensation for the long delay, he became aggressive and insisted that we pay immediately, saying he would leave because the boat would be there “soon.” Since he had been repeating that for over an hour, we reasonably refused to pay until we were actually on board. By the time the boat finally arrived, we had been waiting for two hours. We were offered the option to cancel, but after such a long wait, that was hardly a practical solution. The crew on the boat told us they were from a different company and had only been contacted five minutes before departure. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the route we sailed was not the one the Easy Boat representative had promised us. Overall, we still had a pleasant trip thanks to the professionalism of the boat crew. However, our experience with the Easy Boat Tours representative was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At the very least, he should have been honest about the situation and arranged for professionals from the start.

  Great company to do the tour with. Communication with the captain was excellent, they were super accommodating to pick us up on the pier outside our hotel and boat captain was a true gentleman. If you wish to do a private boat tour in Kotor Bay, I would recommend them highly.

  Our family had a blast! Visited all the sites, our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly and the bay is beautiful. Great way to spend an afternoon in Kotor
