One of our two booked trips had to be canceled, and the coordination was exceptional all the way through! And the fates smiled on our dinner cruise, and our premier captain spotted orcas and kept us with their heading. absolutely stunning! our server was impecable. the check-in crew at the terminal were friendly and efficient… top notch all the way around! The captain’s joyous smile at the orca and turtle sighting was priceless.
