While our group of nine had a lovely day out on the water, there were a few hiccups early on. We initially went to the wrong address, and communication before the trip could have been clearer. Once the company became aware, they reached out promptly, took responsibility, and made process improvements based on our feedback—which we really appreciate. The boat itself is spectacular—clean, well‑maintained, and perfect for water activities like grilling and snorkeling that we did. Our only disappointment was the captain’s low‑key demeanor; we would have enjoyed more interaction and guidance, similar to other charters we’ve experienced. Despite that, the company’s commitment to making things right has left a positive impression, and we look forward to sailing with them again.

We had a fantastic time. The owner was great to communicate with before the trip. We had many questions and they were always quick to respond. The process was very easy. Captain Daniel was friendly and entertaining. We recommend SeaEO IV to everyone.

I found the preparation difficult as far as connecting with captain prior to trip. The booking was easy, but the different cost coming from different places was unclear and confusing. a mire streamlined process would produce more bookings and more money and effeciency.
