Having a boat captain is the only way to sandbar hop and look for dolphins!

We scheduled A 4hr charter in advance and requested fishing equipment for the trip as the listing said they offered fishing gear as an option.  We selected this boat because of the diversity of offerings for the 4hr charter.  However, we sent multiple messages and never heard back from them despite going through the app AND directly to their phone.  On the day of the trip they showed up WITHOUT fishing gear and didn’t care at all to make it right and the captain of the boat said there was nothing he could do.  The actual captain on the day of the charter was friendly and it wasn’t his fault that the company is poorly run.  The boat itself was worn with tears in the seats and when we asked about putting up the shade the captain said he didn’t think it worked.  We paid a lot of $$ and after seeing the other charters out on the water we know that we should have gone with ANY of the other available options.
