BUYER BEWARE they just don't care and won't respond!

4 Hour – CRUZ'N Sunset6 adults

We scheduled A 4hr charter in advance and requested fishing equipment for the trip as the listing said they offered fishing gear as an option. We selected this boat because of the diversity of offerings for the 4hr charter. However, we sent multiple messages and never heard back from them despite going through the app AND directly to their phone. On the day of the trip they showed up WITHOUT fishing gear and didn't care at all to make it right and the captain of the boat said there was nothing he could do. The actual captain on the day of the charter was friendly and it wasn't his fault that the company is poorly run. The boat itself was worn with tears in the seats and when we asked about putting up the shade the captain said he didn't think it worked. We paid a lot of $$ and after seeing the other charters out on the water we know that we should have gone with ANY of the other available options.

    We had the best day out on the water! Our captain was Jeff and he was phenomenal! We had two children with us and he went above and beyond to make sure the children had a great time! We were able to see dolphins and manatees. We couldn’t recommend Captain Jeff more for anyone who is looking to have a fun day!

    We did the 4 hr boat ride. Captain Jeff was the best Captain EVER!!! He had a GREAT personality and was very knowledgeable.We saw a lot of dolphins, went snorkeling and found some amazing shells. Only bad thing was it wasn't long enough. Will definitely be coming back and hopefully we can get Jeff again!!

    hi i just have to give it up for Captain Aaron. Dude was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, put us right in front of all kinds of wildlife including tons of dolphins and actually even got to do some quick fishing landing a fat ladyfish that the dolphin quickly gave chase to when we threw back. all in all amazing experience and can truly say it’s paradise here

    Captain Jeff is wonderful! We were able to swim with dolphins, enjoy the sandbar, explore the driftwood remains from the hurricane where you can hang seashells, and seeing the island from a different perspective. I would highly recommend an afternoon tour with Jeff!! So much fun!!!

    Capt Jeff was really easy to talk with, knowledgeable about the area and nailed the dolphins. I'm positive the grands will always remember the dolphins. I'd recommend your company, more over id recommend Jeff, we had a great time.
