We had an absolutely amazing day on the water! Our captain, Tony, was fantastic – professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout the trip.

The scenery was stunning, the boat was comfortable, and we had plenty of opportunities to swim, take photos, and just enjoy the moment. It truly was a memorable experience, and one of the highlights of our holiday.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special day at sea. Thank you, Captain Tony, for such a great adventure – we’ll treasure the memories (and the pictures!) forever!

Our skipper was competent and made sure everything ran safely, but overall the experience felt quite minimal for the price. 

Nothing was wrong, but there was very little engagement or guidance. He did not explain where we were, what we might see, or offer any interaction beyond the basics. We had mentioned a few requests before heading out, but they were not really addressed.

Considering the high cost of the trip we had expected a bit more in terms of enthusiasm, local insight, or hospitality. The experience was fine, but not at the level we hoped for.

I wanted to share this as constructive feedback and I sent it to the owner, Neal, who really did not seem to care. We appreciate the service, but think that a little more attention or interaction from the skipper could make a big difference for future guests.

If you want an experience where the skipper gets in the water, tells you where you are going, helps you explore beautiful Malta, I’d look elsewhere.  We snorkel around the world frequently and this one came up very short.  We even asked to end the tour 3-4 hours early….... never done that before.

The boat wasn’t great and didn’t feel clean. I dealt with Neal to book it and I felt that although he responded to messages his responses were incredibly unclear. He then booked my boat knowing I was about to book it without telling me. It wasn’t until the day that he said that my boat became available (I’m still not sure I believe this). Then I couldn’t find the boat and I called him and he was incredibly rude and not helpful. Then the capital was Louis who barely spoke and wasn’t friendly. And one of my kids told me when I wasn’t there he was really rude to them.  I enjoyed the day because it was beautiful on the sea but I don’t think I would rebook this particular boat.
