Lack of Communication

Boat was nice and crew was very friendly (although a bit of a language barrier - especially with the captain), but we had to reiterate our requests more than once (pre-trip) and we still didn't get the jet ski that I had requested (boys bummed about that). Food was good, but no bottled water? The final impression unfortunately was waiting 40+ minutes for the PayPal invoice to come through as the car was waiting for us. There was also confusion if tip was or wasn't included. Invoice finally came through when we were on shore and family was in the car. Boat and owner weren't exactly on same page. Our 3rd charter in Nassau in the last 4 years and while it was the nicest boat, the typical experience of local explanation, finding good spots to set up (we hardly saw any wildlife in our anchor spot), history, etc. was lacking.
