Do not recommend
1. When booking this PRIVATE reservation - only a percent of the charge was held. It was noted that the rest of the payment had to be paid to the captain on arrival with cash or credit card for an 5% extra fee. Once we got there they changed it to 20% EXTRA FEE they were trying to charge to use the credit card. The credit card payment had to be made at a convenient store half a mile away from the beach. The boat took off from shore while payment was being processed and had to bring the person from our group to us by dingy. 2. The trip description said it came with free balloons & decorations for a celebration (NO DECORATIONS were provided even though the captain was messaged about it the day prior to the excursion) , 3. Four alcoholic beverages were supposed to be included in the “open bar” (THERE WAS NO LIQUOR ON THE BOAT) We were given juice until we called the company owner to complain & the boat then had to dock near another boat and take a dingy to get 1 bottle of rum off another boat, 4. Food was also said to be included for an extra price and confirmed with the captain the day prior that it would be served on the boat, there was NO FOOD on the boat. The Experience was supposed to be 3 hours long, we only spent 45 minutes on the boat!! Part of that 45 minutes was spent with the crew taking us away from shore & trying to convince us to stay on when we asked to be taken back many times. The crew was nice and had taken photos of us when we first got on the boat and tried to give us a good time by dancing until we were able to get back to shore. But this is just an entire page of false advertisement. “Dolphin Island” is not an island, it is a small enclosure of trapped dolphins, they are not swimming freely. 45 minutes spent for $505 & no refund.
hi! you dont paid any tax when use Zelle! and you paid per zelle, very good, also any payment need to paid before take the boat! and you want to paid later, we don’t work like that!
