NEVER AGAIN
Aside from the terrible communication, underlying charges, and bad customer service — the boat we booked was ran down, barely worked, and we had to cut our trip extremely short. Double engine failure, no depth simulator, no wake fins, anchors were failing to launch, and even the captain was upset over the boats condition stating that it was obviously not maintained or receiving regular maintenace. It took me 48 hours to recieve any real information, having to constantly call and receive no call back, and waiting hours for a response regarding the booking. Not given a real total cost for the day, being led to believe I was paying a different number than the real amount to secure a deposit and lock you into something I wasn’t prepared to pay. I will never book again, and I warn others.
