Captain James was wonderful. He knew that we wanted to see dolphins, because we communicated several times before the cruise,  so he drove around until he found some. He also showed us the commercial fishing boats and had a lot of knowledge of the area. It was a sunset cruise. So we leisurely cruised along the bank as we watch the sunset. It was a very windy day, and we had to alter our plans a bit, but Captain James made sure we had a fabulous time. He was very knowledgeable about the OBX, and answered all our questions. We didn’t feel rushed at all; in fact, we got extra time at a private sand island beach. I loved that our boat was low and agile, providing a front row seat to dolphins. Our excursion was everything we hoped for. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our trip with Captain James! He took us crabbing and fishing - the kids had a blast!! He’s very hands on and taught the kids all about measuring crabs and what fish they were going to be catching. He was just an overall really nice guy too - thanks Captain James!!

Captain John was great! it was as if he was a part of my family for the evening! He took time to talk with us as he showed us around, and was able to get really close to the dolphins. we began the trip as strangers, we ended it becoming good friends! We will definitely book with Captain John again!
