Great boat for a day trip

8 Hour – Private Charter9 adults

We had a great day on the water, 2 familes, 9 people, all the kids over 18. Very relaxing and great fun, we were well taken care of. Omar is great, our captain was Aiden, and he was very helpful and non intrusive. All in all, a great day out, on a brilliant boat, able to go to different places and swim in beautiful bays, with lunch booked by Aiden on Gozo.

    A beautiful trip around the coast of Malta

    Having got off to a terrible start with a problem with the boat, an hour and a half later the boat was fixed and we were off. Josef and his young son were excellent throughout the day and we soon forgot about the false start. Would recommend for a private day out.

    Hi Ethan, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review. I’m genuinely sorry that yesterday did not meet your expectations. I completely understand that having a mechanical issue before departure was disappointing, and I apologise for the inconvenience this caused you. Unfortunately, mechanical problems can sometimes happen unexpectedly, and while I cannot always control them, I can assure you that we did everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as we could. You kindly gave us around an hour and a half to fix the problem, and we really appreciated your patience. I also wanted to make sure that we did everything possible to compensate you for the inconvenience. I offered you a 10% discount on the boat rental, provided a bottle of wine free of charge, extended your charter time so you could enjoy the full day, and included an additional 10 nautical miles of fuel. We also made an effort to show you additional places during the day so that you could get the most out of your experience. I’m sorry to hear that, despite these efforts, you still felt disappointed. That was certainly not our intention. If there is anything specific that you feel we could have done better, I would genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service. We always want our guests to leave the boat happy and with great memories of their day in Malta. I hope that, despite the difficulties yesterday, we will have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with the experience you expected. Thank you again for your feedback, Ethan.
