Not worth the Money
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The directions to the meeting location were unclear, and there were no proper instructions on where exactly to find the boat or who to look for when we arrived. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate the departure point, which added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be an enjoyable outing. The captain also arrived late, cutting into our paid 4-hour private tour. For the price charged, punctuality and professionalism should be expected. The biggest issue, however, was the false advertising. The tour description stated that food would be provided, but no food service was offered at all. We planned our day based on that information and were left disappointed and unprepared. Additionally, we specifically booked this excursion because it promised visits to two different islands. Instead, we were only taken to one island for the entire trip. Not delivering the advertised itinerary is unacceptable and misleading to customers. Overall, between the confusing directions, difficulty finding the boat, late departure, lack of the promised food service, and failure to visit both islands, this experience did not meet expectations. I cannot recommend this tour based on our experience.
