Our family had a great time. Captain Arthur took great care of us. Our kids had a blast. We would highly recommend!
The charter was 30 minutes late, and they blamed us for not paying beforehand. Of course, we paid the deposit and have never been required to pay in full before a departure. The crew then told us they were late because they didn’t know they had a charter that morning. We had booked 3 days earlier. We went to see the pigs which required a banana float towed by jet ski to take us to the beach. That’s fine but we had to wait 20 minutes both in and out. Then the “card reader” wouldn’t work on the beach, so we had to wait for someone on a jet ski to come to our boat to try again. That didnt work and we ultimately just paid cash. Naturally the price was now more than they originally said ($20 vs $30 per person). I could continue but you get the point. At this price (roughly $2800) the service should be at least good. The entire experience was an embarrassment. We ended up leaving the boat after lunch. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews for small businesses but this was so extreme I had to comment.
