We would like to clarify that at no point have we stated that our vessel is docked at the Flamingo Marina. This has never been part of our offering, and the correct departure location is always clearly communicated to our clients in advance of the trip.
We have been operating in this area since before the marina opened and have safely hosted families, including children and adults of all ages, without any issues. The panga used for transportation is standard in the area and fully complies with all applicable regulations.
The location details were shared prior to your trip, and this appears to have been a misunderstanding rather than a misrepresentation on our part. We take pride in providing clear information and maintaining a strong track record of positive experiences for our guests.
