Fun day on the water.
The captain and crew were great! We did a little fishing, a bit of snorkeling, some diving and swimming and relaxing on an inflatable deck off the back of the boat. Be aware that the boat is not docked in a marina, you have to take a small tender boat from the beach to board the boat. Might be difficult for very small children and definitely not for anyone disabled.

This has never been part of our offering, and the correct departure location is always clearly communicated to our clients in advance of the trip. We have been operating in this area since before the marina opened and have safely hosted families, including children and adults of all ages, without any issues. The panga used for transportation is standard in the area and fully complies with all applicable regulations. The location details were shared prior to your trip, and this appears to have been a misunderstanding rather than a misrepresentation on our part.
