we saw a lot of dolphins and turtles! BBQ very good because we had a good cocker/captain😉

The dolphin experience in Tamarin Bay was fantastic, but the onward trip to Crystal Rock was extremely uncomfortable in the conditions and, in my opinion, should have been shortened or cancelled. Passengers were thrown around the boat, I was flung onto the floor and badly bruised my back, and my 10-year-old daughter was in tears for much of the return journey. I would have fully respected a decision to shorten the trip due to the weather.

As we are in a tropical destination, weather changes are expected at anytime. We don’t normally shorten the trip as most of the time customers disagree with this which make them frustrated and feel like scammed.
After discussing with the skipper, on the way back he told you to hold the hand rail which you didn’t do and this is the cause for your fall. In these sea conditions we do our best for our customers safety and also there is an effort that comes from the customers too for safety.
