We had a great time with Captain Alberto. We were a group of 9 with 3 kids under 12, 2 teenagers and 4 adults. the food and snacks provided were delicious and plentiful. Location was spectacular! Can’t wait to do it again soon.

    Great trip, with one big question

    4 Hr – Palomino Islands Tour • 8 adults

    The boat and captain were fantastic. The weather was perfect, the location was beautiful, but we were confused that we reserved a snorkel trip for 8 people and there was only equipment on board for 4. At the end of the day, we shared the equipment it worked out, but this seems like a completely avoidable oversight…

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the snorkeling equipment. Our goal is always to provide a seamless and fully prepared experience, and we understand how this situation may have caused concern. While we’re glad to hear it was ultimately resolved onboard, this is something that should have been better coordinated on our end.
