Captain Alexis is super professional and made us feel very comfortable and safe. The boat was very clean, and he provided snacks and refreshments for the group. He made it very easy for us to find parking and the boat by sending the location pin and even going the extra mile and sending a video of the ramp and the exact location in the marina.
