'We made a surprise to one of our daughters for her birthday. The skipper was as efficient as nice. The food and the drinks were not that expensive and you can bring your own. The trip w1s nice and not bumpy. Very nice moment.

Our skipper was competent and made sure everything ran safely, but overall the experience felt quite minimal for the price. Nothing was wrong, but there was very little engagement or guidance. He did not explain where we were, what we might see, or offer any interaction beyond the basics. We had mentioned a few requests before heading out, but they were not really addressed. Considering the high cost of the trip we had expected a bit more in terms of enthusiasm, local insight, or hospitality. The experience was fine, but not at the level we hoped for. I wanted to share this as constructive feedback and I sent it to the owner, Neal, who really did not seem to care. We appreciate the service, but think that a little more attention or interaction from the skipper could make a big difference for future guests. If you want an experience where the skipper gets in the water, tells you where you are going, helps you explore beautiful Malta, I'd look elsewhere. We snorkel around the world frequently and this one came up very short. We even asked to end the tour 3-4 hours early....... never done that before.

We always do our utmost to make every trip special, comfortable, and tailored to our guests’ wishes. For safety reasons, skippers are required to remain on board at all times, but had we known you wanted a more interactive or in-water experience, we would have gladly arranged an additional crew member for this. For your charter, we were happy to accommodate your specific requests — including changing the pick-up location after the booking, which involved travelling two hours to meet you. Please rest assured that your message was received and appreciated — we do care deeply about every guest’s experience. My husband and I came to Malta for our honeymoon, and our one splurge was to charter a boat to see some of Malta’s aquatic wonders. Janko was our captain, and he was informative, friendly, and funny. He brought us to all the spots we wanted to see, and even showed us some hidden gems where we were able to snorkel and paddle board. He prepared us food on the boat for lunch, and gave us information and recommendations for things to do and see while on land as well. We had a 10/10 experience.
We had a fantastic full-day private boat trip with Neal. He was waiting for us right on time at the agreed location, and the boat was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. We cruised through stunning locations with crystal-clear water and stopped in beautiful bays where we could swim. Although the water was still a bit cold in April, the kids enjoyed swimming and even spotted some fish. Neal was a kind and skilled captain — he even cooked us a lovely lunch in one of the bays. Highly recommended!
From the beginning to when we disembarked the whole experience was easy with frequent contact from Captain Neal. On the day we were lucky enough to have Sondre from Norway as our Captain. What a superstar! He couldn’t have been nicer and made our day. The barbecue fish was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Myself and Mum had a great day and definitely the pinnacle of our time in Malta.
From Neil’s communication to prep for our trip, to Steve’s captain-ship - my cousins and I had the most amazing experience. We will be sharing their information with our family that has yet to come, and we will 100% be back, just for this experience.
