We had an amazing time. Captain Alexis was so accommodating and personable. He had everything we needed for a wonderful day of boating.
To tell the truth, we almost canceled because hurricane Erin was still looming somewhere north west, and it was a cloudy day we thought was unsalvageable. Captain Alexis assured me he knew a spot where we could go and have a great day. We were skeptical, but put our trust in the Captain and made the trek out to the Marina where we were met by a great big smile from the Captain, and a beautiful boat. We loaded up settled in and set out still uncertain of what the day would bring and how much of the day we would get to enjoy. As we pulled up to the beach we were greeted by the sun which we hadn’t seen in a day and half, and a pristine beach. Still can’t believe what a day we had. Captain Alexis had not only been right, but also took excellent care of us. We cant wait to come back and book again, and I can’t recommend Yatecito enough!!!

Captain Alexis is super professional and made us feel very comfortable and safe. The boat was very clean, and he provided snacks and refreshments for the group. He made it very easy for us to find parking and the boat by sending the location pin and even going the extra mile and sending a video of the ramp and the exact location in the marina. I highly recommend booking with Alexis. Will be back for sure!
We are a family of 6, and Alexis our Captain was the best! He is professional, accommodating and fun! He was very informational with directions and knowledge of the island. The only thing we wish we would have done different was booked more time. Alexis had a cooler full of drinks and snacks for everyone. Floats, snorkel gear and fun jet powered device kept everyone entertained. We will definitely book with him again.
My family of 4 adults took the 4 hour morning trip with Alexis to Palominos Island. We went snorkeling in two different spots, even swimming with sea turtles! We ended the day relaxing at the beach. Plenty of drinks and snacks were provided, along with all the snorkeling gear and floats. Communication was great leading up to the trip, too. This was our favorite thing we did our whole vacation!
We had a great time. Alexis was able to accommodate the varied interests of the group by anchoring where we could access the beach and snorkling while still being deep enough to jump and flip off the boat. He provided good variety of snacks and drinks, and we saw turles and a barracuda from the boat in addition to many tropical fish and turtles while snorkling. Overall a great morning!
