4 Hour – VIP Island Tour (1 PM)9 adults

I booked the trip for my best friends bachelorette, we had Captain Phillip and DJ (give these men a raise) on young CEO. we had 9 girls and it was the best time and the captain and DJ made it even better. We saw the pigs, went to 2 locations for snorkeling then ended the day at this bar on the water which was absolutely beautiful. I think they know how to cater and itinerary to exactly what fits each group, it was a fun day to let loose and it was perfect! 10/10 going to book a trip back just to visit these guys. Did I mention they should get a raise??

    Bait and Switch.... Renter Beware

    4 Hour – VIP Island Tour (10 AM) • 6 adults • 2 children

    The rental listing describes and all pictures show that you will be on a 2010 Century 3200 Center Console, however, when you are at the boat dock, you are informed that you are not receiving that boat, instead a much older, smaller Formula center console that is in very poor condition with uncomfortable seats. Very frustrating as you stand there and watch the boat you had rented boarded by another group. This is a Bait and Switch operation, which is fraud. He says he few boats registered under his company, which I question as well. Ruined our experience. There is no mention in the listing that you could be placed on a difference boat. RENTER BEWARE of deceptive business practices.

On the day of your tour, an unexpected scheduling and operational issue required us to provide an alternate vessel so your experience could still proceed as planned. While the substitute boat was fully licensed, insured, and safe for operation, we acknowledge that it did not match what you originally expected, and we should have communicated this more clearly in advance. For that, we take partial responsibility and sincerely apologize. At Bain’s Sea Adventures, our intention is never to mislead our guests. We operate multiple registered vessels, and substitutions—though rare—can occur due to safety, weather, or logistical considerations. That said, your feedback highlights an area where we can and will improve, particularly around communication and transparency.
