BEST DAY EVER!

4hr VIP Snorkel, Pigs, Turtles (PM)6 adults

Wanted to do something special for my daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday cruise and stumbled upon this excursion. We were SO lucky we did! Captain Martin and his wife Tricia are truly wonderful people. We felt so comfortable and had so much fun. Martin took us to so many wonderful spots, we had the best day snorkeling finding sea turtles, a shipwreck, and a sting ray! We went to the pig beach and fell in love with those sweet little (and massive) piggies. We truly had the best day. Martin and his wife Tricia are a lovely couple and even acted as a photographer capturing our day with the pigs. We even got a tour of the celebrity owned homes and they took us near Atlantis to check it out. They went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best day. Well well worth every penny to see my girls so happy, smiling and belly laughing all day. It truly was a great day. 10/10.

    The captain who didn't want to be there.

    This trip was one of the worst I've ever taken. The cairain made no bones about not wanting to be there. He didn't speak to us. No directions were given, he was in the water before we were, he took us to a lunch spot that was really just a bar with limited food choices, loud music, drunk people and no tables or chairs. He spent the time there playing a video game, drinking and left us on our own. He essentially started a fight asking and giving his opinion about our president. He started the whole day by being 1 1/2 hours late picking us up and driving very irresponsibly. He didn't take us on the ore determined customized trip we had talked about and took us instead to clearly his normal touristy route. There was nothing that felt enjoyable other than we were with goid friends and got to see and swim in beautiful waters. This captain made it clear he did not want to be there.

    We apologize for any inconveniences caused. Our captain and tour guide both communicate with guest, to provide the same service that every other guests experience. The itinerary is explained in the description, also that lunch is bought at a floating bar/restaurant where loud music is played and drunk people can be found. The captain remarks were that the president is a good president in his opinion ( not as an argument ) Again we do apologize for any inconveniences caused and would like to advise any future guests to discontinue the trip if anyone doesn't feel comfortable.
