  I booked this for my family & my parents to do sandbar and dolphin cruise. Boat showed up to the dock an hour late. Boat Driver who waited with us in the parking lot was on time and nice so that was a plus…owner of the boat kept telling us 10min, 10 more min….then an hour went by…. once the boat actually showed up, it was in poor condition like it was left outside all season uncovered…. Ripped cushions around all the seams with foam exposed Stained leather Stained & Dirty floors with loose leaves / whirlybirds all over the floor They didn’t even have a working radio we could use for music until it finally started working the last 15min. After starting an hour late, the boat being in the condition it was and also sitting in silence for 2hrs…We asked them to just take us back. Boat Booker said the owner offered $200 off the $942 they charged….we said at min they should refund half. And we have yet to receive a dime of it…they’ve ghosted us at this point. It’s a fishing pontoon they are trying to sell as a “cruise” to make money - it’s a scam for $1k. Update the boat pics to show the true condition of your boat, hire ppl that can show up on time, buy a speaker so ppl aren’t sitting in silence and just be responsive. This was a lot of money to have such a bad experience, save yourself the trouble and book someone else. Anywhere or anyone else honestly.

  Hi Danielle, I want to personally apologize for your experience. Being an hour late and presenting a vessel that did not meet expectations is not the standard we hold ourselves to. There is no excuse for how that day unfolded, and I take responsibility for it We are addressing the vessel condition and internal scheduling issues immediately to ensure this does not happen again.   My son wanted to go fishing but since it was windy the captain said no we couldn’t and so we pretty much paid must to sit on the boat for 2 hours and be cold. He didn’t give us a tour as said in the description. The reviews left by others with a positive experience said nothing but positive things about captain Tim. I was hoping we would get captain Tim. Instead we got someone else named Kyle. I am not ever booking through them again. Def over $300 wasted. Then after we got off we had to tell him to have a good day because he wasn’t going to say it first. THEN some random guy talking to the captain followed us back to our car and demanded we pay him another $200 saying that supposedly we didn’t pay in full. I had to pull out my email showing proof of full payment that I purchased online days prior. Then he finally got off the phone with who ever he was with and said Oh okay sorry folks my mistake have a good day. Smh yeah right! He totally tried to scam us! Stay AWAY!!!
