The awesome crew took us out and showed us dolphins everywhere then we got to watch an amazing sunset. We will definitely go with them again next time we come down
Thank you for the review!! We look forward to seeing you again! Thank you choosing harbor Star!
This was such a fun excursion! I was hosting myself and 4 other girls for a bachelorette week this week in the Outer Banks and our bride loves dolphins so this was a perfect outing for us. Our captain had a lot of good information about the area and we got plenty of angles and views to see the dolphins. it was an amazing experience and we got to experience the sunset tour which is SO worth it if you’re debating it! the price for 5 of us was great as well, 10/10 best experience!
Thanks Morgan! We're thrilled to hear your bachelorette group had such a memorable time with us. It sounds like the sunset tour made the experience even more special, and we're so glad you were able to see plenty of dolphins—especially since the bride loves them! We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to our captain. It means a lot to know you enjoyed learning about the area and that everyone felt the tour was such a great value. Thank you for choosing us to be part of your celebration. We hope to welcome you all back to the Outer Banks for another adventure in the future. Congratulations to the bride, and best wishes to her on her upcoming wedding!
I went in fully expecting to see nothing, especially given how affordable this was to book. They gave us a really cool history lesson on the harbor where you get on the boat, which was very spacious and comfortable. When we went out into the sound we found a few dolphins pretty quickly! Somehow the captain ended up finding an entire pod of dolphins with a baby! The whole experience was so incredible and a great boat ride. Plus a perfect view of the sunset!!
We had a great time and enjoyed having the opportunity to see dolphins in their natural habitat. Our thanks to Captain Jay and Firsthand Greg, who made it educational, interesting and fun.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re so glad you enjoyed seeing the dolphins in their natural habitat. Captain and First Mate will be thrilled to hear they helped make your trip educational, interesting, and fun. 🐬 We truly appreciate you joining us and hope to welcome you back aboard for another great adventure!
we totally enjoyed our trip!!! the staff made sure that we saw dolphins. they shared lots of fun facts and information. and the cruise back to the dock while watching the sunset was awesome. the staff was especially good with the kids and families, offering to take pics and letting the little ones drive the boat.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review of our crew! 🐬🌅 We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a great time with us. We love sharing fun facts, making sure everyone gets a great view of the dolphins, and creating special memories for the kids—especially getting to “drive” the boat! 😊 We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful sunset on the way back to the dock. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to see your family back on the water again soon! 🌊🐬
I was unsure how this trip would turn out. It was so cloudy and I was concerned. That concern turned into pure joy when we finally spotted dolphins. There was so many! We even saw baby dolphins. It was so awesome that the captain let the younger kids drive the boat. Their smiles were ear to ear. Highly recommend taking this tour.
We're so glad you decided to join us, even with the cloudy weather. It's always exciting when patience pays off, and we're thrilled you got to see so many dolphins—including the calves! Those moments are truly special. We're also happy to hear the kids enjoyed getting a chance to drive the boat. Seeing their excitement and big smiles is one the Captain's and Mate's favorite part of every tour. Thank you for your recommendation and for sharing your experience. We hope to welcome you and your family back for another unforgettable dolphin adventure soon!
