My husband and I had a great day on the water with Tony! Stopped in several beautiful spots and Tony cooked a delicious lunch. Booking was easy, and Neal was in contact very shortly after. Highly recommend.
The boat wasn’t great and didn’t feel clean. I dealt with Neal to book it and I felt that although he responded to messages his responses were incredibly unclear. He then booked my boat knowing I was about to book it without telling me. It wasn’t until the day that he said that my boat became available (I’m still not sure I believe this). Then I couldn’t find the boat and I called him and he was incredibly rude and not helpful. Then the capital was Louis who barely spoke and wasn’t friendly. And one of my kids told me when I wasn’t there he was really rude to them. I enjoyed the day because it was beautiful on the sea but I don’t think I would rebook this particular boat.
The captain was kind and did his job well, but the boat owner completely ruined the experience. We paid for food that was never provided, and when I refused to pay for it, the owner arrived furious and threatening, making us feel unsafe. On top of that, pickup was changed last minute from Sliema to Valletta, costing us extra in taxi fares. Totally unprofessional and not recommended at all.

We always strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone on board. Regarding the food, it was booked in writing the night before your trip and was prepared as requested. The skipper offered the food on board, but you chose to refuse it. The change in pick-up location was communicated in advance and was due to port restrictions beyond our control — we did everything possible to ensure your trip could still proceed smoothly. At no point was anyone threatened or treated disrespectfully. We take such claims very seriously and are disappointed by this misrepresentation of events.
