While the captain was great the boat needs repair. Very hard to get in/out of water. Fittings around the ladder that loose and broken made it difficult to get out of water.

Assistance with boarding and exiting the water is routinely provided whenever needed, particularly when guests may have mobility issues or require additional support. Chris was a great captain!! He took us right to the spots we wanted to see. He pointed out some notable places along the way. He spotted a funnel cloud starting to form and got us out of there so we could watch it from afar. The whole experience was perfect!

We had a wonderful day in paradise. The captain allowed us to customize our trip which included snorkeling, a beautiful reef, swimming with the sea turtles, and a relaxing lunch at footprint bar, and Grill on the beautiful Rose Island.

We were excited for our private charter boat excursion for our family of 5. The description said fishing, snorkeling, swimming with turtles, light food and drinks, including alcohol would be offered. When we asked about the fishing, the captain said that was not included on our trip. There was a cooler of melted ice with a couple of waters, grape Fanta and Sprite for our four hour boat trip. Previously mixed rum punch and 1/2 bottle of vodka. No lights snacks were included. We did have a lovely boat tour and really enjoyed the snorkeling and swimming. Just didn’t have everything as advertised.

We would like to clarify a few points: Fishing is always available on our charters upon request (guest limit), as stated in our listing description. On this occasion, we wish you had mentioned to us that you would have liked to fish prior to or during booking, rather than asking the captain the day of the trip. Had you mentioned this to us, we would have been more than happy to purchase the bait and prepare the tackles for you. We also do different types of fishing from bottom drop to trolling, therefore we encourage guests to discuss this in advance so that we bring the right equipment based on the type of fishing you'd like to do. All of our charters also include an assortment of complimentary drinks such as water, sodas, and our popular rum punch, along with light snacks such as chips. We keep a variety of flavors of soda on board including rootbeer, fruit champagne, dr pepper, diet coke, and chasers for the alcohol, etc. We have separate rum punch for each tour/shift. Our vessels are always fully stocked, therefore I am confused by your statement that there were no chips on board, and we apologise if there was an oversight. Our rum punch has also been enjoyed by many guests without issue, and we regret if it did not meet your personal preference. Our goal is to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience, and we encourage all future guests to communicate any special requests (including fishing) in advance so we can fully tailor the trip to your expectations. Chris and Dylan were amazing. They asked what we wanted to do and suggested great spots. From swimming with pigs, snorkeling, seeing turtles and relaxing on a beautiful beach, the day was perfect. We highly recommend!
