I spent a lot of time looking at the different boats so I could choose the one that looked like the easiest for my 82 year old mother to get on and off of. However, the day before, the captain told me that another captain, Raul, was going to take us.ย I assumed it was just a different captain, not a different boat. Then we arrived and it was a different boat without the extra step for my mom.ย The charter went fine. Raul was nice and my mom was able to get in and out of the water even without that step. We even saw the original boat and captain, Pablo, who was taking a couple around.ย When I booked the charter I let Pablo know that our first priority was snorkeling.ย Raul didnโt speak much English and it was hard to communicate to him that we only wanted to snorkel.ย We had a good time at beaches and one site with turtles but didnโt get to any really great snorkeling places.ย I thought Raul was a great captain just not the one we signed up with.ย We ultimately had a great time.

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for not communicating the boat change better. I did have a double booking that day and didnโt want to cancel your trip, so I arranged another boat to make sure you could still go out and enjoy the experience.
