We were there at least 15 minutes early along with 3 other people and the boat had already left. We did not reschedule due to our limited time on vacation. This was extremely disappointing for my 2 children. The captain needs to make sure he doesn’t leave until the time that is scheduled. We would not recommend this tour to anyone. Fortunately someone finally figured out how to give me a refund after three people finally called to get the ok. This was a horrible experience.
