The communication with coordinator Don Kimbara was good and reliable. We were picked up by water taxi as expected and taken to the boat for a 9:00 AM 3 hour cruise. The first 30 minutes (from 9-9:30) we sat on the boat while the crew arrived and 2 different deliveries of gas were made (on our time). This whole time Don took photos of our family of 12. There were many different arrangements of couples and family members while we waited. The photo shoot continued once we were left the mooring. The first stop for snorkeling was fine but rushed, due to our late departure. The second stop at Dolphin Island was a viewing of the dolphins from 30 yards and we could see dolphins jumping and giving dolphin rides. That stop was about 10 minutes. Then we went to a sandy shallow area where we could swim, hang out and casually enjoy the calm water. We were there about 30 minutes. Back on board heading back to our origination point Don began the hard sell of our 300 photos for $600 US. He approached the women first selling hard on the โbeautiful familyโ pictures. The sales pitch went on the entire 20 minutes back. Many, including myself, were very irritated with his non-stop approach. When we got back to the mooring where the water taxi was waiting we were 30 minutes early and I explained we had rented the boat until 12PM (3 hours) and we intended to stay on the boat until then. There was no issue from him on that. Had I not spoken up our 3 hour trip would have only been 2 hours due to our 30 minute dely. The crew and captain were all very friendly and their service was excellent! Board at your own riskโฆ
