we had a trip planned with others and happy I canceled and got on this boat with my family. we had a blast. 3 hours just isnโt long enough. we will return when back in punta cana

We were looking forward to this trip, getting there and back was good. The boat itself was less then expected, the staff would not allow us to use the slide, the lady working the bar was obviously not into her job and had a bad attitude. We requested a Cuba Libre, she waved the empty bottle saying no more but then later one of the staff brought out two bottles! Part of the trip was fun but it could have been way better. I will not recommend or go back.. we are very easily please but there were points of frustration.
