His knowledge of the area was evident in the fishing spots he took us to, which landed fish after fish; to the dolphin and sea turtle sightings; and the walk about on an isolated, soft sand island full of nooks and crannies to explore. We just showed up with our snacks, and he had all of the equipment and off we went! To top the day off, he cleaned and filleted our fish and told us where to take it. Within an hour of being onshore we were eating our very fresh catch in the form of fish tacos!
