We booked a full day adventure and had a pick up on the dock in front of our villa. We tried 45 minutes of trolling beyond the reef for fredh fish without luck. Then off to snorkel in a spot beyond Caye Caulker. While we snorkeled, Captain Stefan spear fished for snapper, and brought up a lobster and several conch. His crew made fresh ceviche, which was outstanding. We then strolled around St. George, then snorkled at Shark Alley amongst nurse sharks and rays. Then had a late lunch in Caye Caulker and later hand feed Tarpon near the Split. With Shelby Dee, a comfortable 32’ twin Yamaha rigged boat, we made good time motoring back at 35 mph. Great boat. Great captain, great crew, great adventure fir our family. Highest recommendatios!

We had a great time with our family on Stefan’s boat! We caught a large sail fish and 2 baracudas! He made us ceviche that was delicious. We went to an island that cooked us the fish we caught and overall had an amazing day. Stefan was a great captain! He was very knowledgeable and kept us safe.
