What an amazing experience! I contacted them for my wife’s birthday and they received us with balloons and a cake to celebrate her birthday.  Everything from there on kept getting better and better.  Atilano was our captain and Oscar was our Mariner; I can not recommend them enough.  Oscar literally wouldn’t let our drinks run off without getting us a new one.  They were both so attentive and very detailed.  We will definitely book them again next time we’re in Cancun.

First the bad, the yacht we rented was very old and out of date. The diesel exhaust is almost unbearable when sitting at idle. The top deck only had two seat cushions which made it rough considering there were 6 of us. The departure location (marina) is about a 35 min ride to the actual ocean from the bayou side, so in total one hour was getting out and coming back in with the exhaust in the air. Another thing is they took us to one spot and anchored, I ask the captain several times to take us to a sandbar or someplace we could get off the boat and hang out in the water, I got nowhere with this. We were pretty much in the same spot the entire trip. Make sure you bring your own speaker; we had trouble connecting to the boats radio Bluetooth and when we finally did it wasn’t loud at all. The positive is the deck mate Oscar was very attentive and took good care of us with drinks snacks ect.I will likely not use this company again.

We had such a great day on the boat to Isla Mujeres. Our captain and crew were great, and made the day much more enjoyable. They made us drinks, gave us time to swim and even made a lunch suggestion, once on the island. I would definitely suggest an excursion on this boat.
