What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico for the first time?

Be sure to establish good advance planning and communication with your captain. Our captain was looking out for us on the street when we arrived, made sure we found parking, prepared us well for what to expect and tailored the trip to what we wanted to experience.
