Born and raised in Fort Myers, FL, Capt. Scott Guttery is a USCG-licensed boat captain with over 30 years of boating and fishing experience. A retired high school teacher and coach, he specializes in waterfront real estate tours, island hopping, waterfront dining and bar hopping, eco adventures, dolphin and manatee watching, shelling, and fishing aboard his C Dory Tomcat 25. Capt. Scott combines local expertise with a passion for sharing the best of Southwest Florida's waterways.

    perfect trip

    4-hour shelling/beach trip • 6 adults

    We brought our 78 year old mother to see the ocean for the first time in her life and it was absolutely perfect. Scott was very kind, accommodating and patient with all of us! At the end of our boat trip, 7 dolphins escorted us out of Captiva Island ❤️ so beautiful ❤️ Perfect day! Thanks Scott!!

    Shelling Trip

    4-hour island hopping • 3 adults

    We had a wonderful time! Found plenty of shells. Beautiful boat and the captain was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable. We would highly recommend.

    2 Hour – Caloosahatchee Sunset Tour • 4 adults

    We had the most amazing experience with Captain Scott! He was super friendly, personable, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Our boat ride was incredible and we took great pictures. We will cherish those moments forever and cant wait to be back soon! Thanks for creating a wonderful experience for us, Captain Scott!

    Beautiful Day Trip

    4-hour shelling/beach trip • 6 adults • 2 children

    We had a great time with Captain Scott and Lil Yachty! The shelling on his secret island spot was incredible! I’ve never seen anything like it. We brought home three bags of shells that are magnificent. And Captain Scott is knowledgeable and very nice. We had an awesome time!!

    Best Fun Boat Day!

    5 Hour – Cabbage Key Shell/Fishing • 6 adults

    Captain Scott helped us experience. Highlights were island hopping around Cabbage Key and North Captiva. We stopped to spot dolphins, took great group pictures and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
