Hi there! I'm Captain Pablo, and my love for the ocean started long before I ever became a boat operator. Growing up surrounded by the beautiful waters of Puerto Rico, I spent most of my free time exploring the islands, fishing, and learning everything I could about boats and marine life. What began as a passion turned into a business — giving others the chance to experience the same beauty and peace I find out at sea. Today, I operate private boat charters to Icacos and Palomino, where guests can enjoy crystal-clear waters, great music, and a relaxed island vibe.     It was fine but…

    5 Hour – 2 Islands Trip • 5 adults

    I spent a lot of time looking at the different boats so I could choose the one that looked like the easiest for my 82 year old mother to get on and off of. However, the day before, the captain told me that another captain, Raul, was going to take us. I assumed it was just a different captain, not a different boat. Then we arrived and it was a different boat without the extra step for my mom. The charter went fine. Raul was nice and my mom was able to get in and out of the water even without that step. We even saw the original boat and captain, Pablo, who was taking a couple around. When I booked the charter I let Pablo know that our first priority was snorkeling. Raul didn’t speak much English and it was hard to communicate to him that we only wanted to snorkel. We had a good time at beaches and one site with turtles but didn’t get to any really great snorkeling places. I thought Raul was a great captain just not the one we signed up with. We ultimately had a great time.

    Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for not communicating the boat change better. I did have a double booking that day and didn’t want to cancel your trip, so I arranged another boat to make sure you could still go out and enjoy the experience. I understand how that may have felt, and I appreciate your understanding. I’m really glad you still had a great time.My sincere apologies .
