Being from out of town we got lost. We texted and called our captain many many times to explain our situation.  Never received a response. As we pulled up to the pier he looked like he was about 2 minutes out we have some to turn around on text and of course once again no communication. Extremely disappointing. Plus we never got a refund back. The worst customer service and communication I have ever seen. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone.
