Background: Caught my first marlin I was 14 Grew up in Lahaina. One first friends I had his dad owned finestkind sportfishing. Flew us to Kona for his birthday fished a tournament caught My first marlin173lbs July 19, 1999. Going to college we come back to Kona for winter and summer breaks had a 21 ft sea ray coupke rods coupke lures. My brother is 2 years older we grew up fishing, wrestling, golfing x. He owns hooked up sportfishing and is captain of private 54ft Viking. The combination our friends and have long a little skiff got us going. Did some other things in life but knew I’d end up where I am today. I did over 425 trips 2024 I’m on the water slot. I’m not a big fish hunter. I like to fish for whatever bites and what will feed us for a couple days. Being owner operator I will work hard and make sure you have a good time doing so. My family owns pancho & leftys cantina. Located on alii dr. Been there since 1986. Got my P.G.A card 2002 took couple years off ended up in Florida for 6 years running jr. golf operations. Moved back to Kona 2007 coached the highschool golf team for 5 years. Opened Rosa’s cantina worked hard saved money and bought a boat started go get em sportfishing. Rest is history. Look at the boat you choose look for space shade places to sit. I have a 35 ft Bertram 15ft been open cabin ideal for day in day out charters .
