    How to ruin your day while on vacation…

    St Anne Marine Park full day • 2 adults

    During our vacation, my spouse and I booked a private boat tour (we paid 500 euros) to explore the Seychelles and go snorkeling to see the underwater world. Instead of enjoying the experience, we were met with an extremely unfriendly crew and a terrible smell coming from the boat’s old engines. We decided to end the tour two hours earlier than planned.

We did our best to communicate despite the language barrier, and throughout the trip you seemed comfortable, with no concerns raised to us directly. You requested to return earlier because of the heat, and we respected your wish. Regarding the engine smell, we acknowledge it and are already arranging an additional service to improve comfort for future guests although safety was never affected.
