Joel Brandenburg's fish is 300 days a year, so he can afford to hunt the other 65. He wakes up every morning, mad at the fish and ready to get them. He has a passion for taking kids fishing and showing them how to catch the fish, clean the fish, cook the fish, and eat the fish.
